Job Description
You'll make a difference by
- Record Management Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment details, salaries, benefits, and attendance
- Query Management Addressing employee inquiries related to company policies, benefits, leave management, payroll, and other HR-related matters
- Administrative Tasks Handling various administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents
- Data Management Updating internal databases with employee information, generating reports, and maintaining HR data integrity
- Onboarding Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, issuing necessary documents, and providing support
- Offboarding Handling the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews, processing final payments, and returning company property
- Payroll Support Providing necessary data and information to the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
- Compliance Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like WorkDay, SAP will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation for ME Regions
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
