Job Description

You'll make a difference by 

  •  Record Management  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment details, salaries, benefits, and attendance
  •  Query Management  Addressing employee inquiries related to company policies, benefits, leave management, payroll, and other HR-related matters
  •  Administrative Tasks  Handling various administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents
  •  Data Management  Updating internal databases with employee information, generating reports, and maintaining HR data integrity
  •  Onboarding  Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, issuing necessary documents, and providing support
  •  Offboarding  Handling the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews, processing final payments, and returning company property
  •  Payroll Support Providing necessary data and information to the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
  •  Compliance Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like WorkDay, SAP will be an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation for ME Regions
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Organizational skills
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Experience
  • Thorough knowledge of computer literacy, including MS Office
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant field
