Position Overview:

  • You will be responsible for developing highly advanced MIS (Management Information Systems) solutions and providing support with the analysis of cost centers, monitoring payables/receivables.
  • You will also work on savings coordination, the analysis of key figures, budget/forecasting, management reports, and presentations.
  • You will generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • You will design/develop the agreed-upon solution in MS Excel/MS Access with VBA Programming.
  • This role also includes developing MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
  • You will work with the reporting manager and the business units to correct any issues with customer service delivery.
  • You will continuously follow up and close pending queries and provide recommendations to update the current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.

Your success is grounded in:

  • You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree and have at least 4 years of experience managing MIS activities.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are proficient in working with Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
  • You are flexible to work for night shifts or early morning shifts
