Responsibilities
Architect and develop scalable full-stack applications from design to deployment.
Lead technical design discussions and define best practices for full-stack development.
Guide and mentor junior developers, reviewing code for quality and scalability.
Build secure, high-performance APIs and integrate with modern front-end frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and designers to align technical solutions with business goals.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Expertise in at least one backend stack: Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, or Java/Spring Boot.
Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js).
Proficiency with databases (SQL & NoSQL: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Experience with microservices architecture and API design (REST & GraphQL).
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and security expertise.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of event-driven systems and streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or real-time processing.
Understanding of system design and architecture patterns.
Leadership experience in driving full-stack engineering teams.
