Sr Practice Lead - F&A-AI Solutions

We are seeking a Senior Practice Lead with extensive experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A) and a strong background in AI Solutions. The ideal candidate will be a certified professional with deep domain expertise in F&A towers and hands-on experience in leveraging AI, machine learning, and Generative AI to drive digital and finance transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven F&A solutions from end to end, including strategy, roadmaps, and deployment.
• Utilize expertise in AI/ML/GenAI to innovate and develop Next-Gen F&A solutions.
• Drive digital transformation and AI-led finance transformation within the F&A domain.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of AI solutions, from intellectual property (IP) creation to client adoption.
• Apply strong domain knowledge in at least two of the following F&A towers: Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Required Candidate Profile

• Qualification: CA or MBA is mandatory.
• Experience: Extensive experience in F&A, with expertise in AI, ML, and GenAI.
• Domain Knowledge: Must have expertise in 2+ F&A towers.
• Skills:
• Proven experience in developing IP, roadmaps, and deployment strategies.
• A deep understanding of AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic AI.
• Expertise in digital transformation and AI-led finance transformation.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹32 LPA.
