Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) and the Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on end-to-end solution architecture, complex CRM implementations, presales/RFP support, and customer advisory, working closely with business and technical stakeholders and with an emphasis on AI-enabled customer engagement and intelligent automation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned to business requirements
- Define CRM architecture, customization, integration, and data models
- Support RFPs, presales solutioning, effort estimation, and technical presentations
- Engage with customers for architecture reviews, design workshops, and solution roadmaps
- Lead integrations with Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party systems
- Review designs, guide delivery teams, and ensure solution quality and scalability
- Implement AI use cases such as predictive insights, sentiment analysis, next-best-action, and case automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of Dynamics customization, plugins, workflows, and security model
- Experience with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIs)
- Proven customer-facing and presales solutioning experience
- Proven expertise in Copilot, AI Builder, and AI-driven CRM insights and automation
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications
