Sr. Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and engineering, and will be responsible for developing innovative solutions for our projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects.
• Conduct simulations and testing to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues and production problems effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-9 years of relevant experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
