Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities across the organization.
  • Manage and mentor a team of highly motivated recruiters.
  • Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-management, and junior-level hiring.
  • Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices to ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to support ongoing hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles.
  • Identify sourcing channels and partner with external vendors when necessary to meet hiring targets.
  • Build a talent pool and market intelligence mechanism to support business requirements.
  • Assist in digitalizing the talent acquisition process.
  • Design metrics to measure and improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Guide and mentor the team on key priorities and goals.
  • Ensure hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

Who You Could Be – Background and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition or a similar function.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
  • Proven team management and mentoring abilities.

Educational Qualification

  • Postgraduate in HR or equivalent, with impeccable written and spoken English.
