Wearelookingfor a P&O Solutions Manager who will beresponsiblefor HR solutions design, customerpartnership, process, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on theWorkdayplatform (fordefinedscope) performing administrative functionsincludingbusinessprocessadministration, security, and Integration support

  • Strivestoautomateprocessestoeliminatewaste and drive efficiency in theorganization, and leveragereturn on technologicalcapabilities.

  • Partner with GPO, COEs and P&O Operationstoidentifycontinuousimprovementopportunities, drive adoptionof global standardsRegularlyassesscurrentstate and proactivelyidentifyareasofopportunityforimprovement
