Job Description
- Build the channel from scratch - On-board national AFH partners across channels such as hotels, cafes, restaurants/ QSRs, commercial spaces, airports, cinemas (eg: PVR, Taj, Oberoi, starbucks, Tim Hortons etc)
- Be the Custodian for the Vol, Val, Share delivery for the customers. Evaluate relevant market competition and take proactive measures to drive the Sales & Share AOP delivery for the channel
- Expansion of National Accounts: Successfully acquiring national accounts contributing to overall business growth and increasing PepsiCos presence across key regions
- Driving Portfolio Growth: Effectively push PepsiCos future portfolio, especially Premium, into the Away From Home channel, growing market share in these emerging categories.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within PepsiCo, ensuring that customer needs and insights are represented in strategy development and execution.
- Executing the JBP (Joint Business plan) with customers & becoming their preferred partners in each category PI exists
- Develop insights with customers and drive strategic activation plans
- Integrated Marketing Programs: Design and implement marketing programs that deliver on key brand metrics (awareness, engagement, loyalty) while working in close collaboration with the brand team to ensure seamless integration across channels
- Drive profitable growth of 1.2x of core business
Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of experience
- Education: MBA from Premier institute
- Sales, Customer/ Consumer Marketing experience with FMCG companies
- Strong planning, execution & analytical skills
- Proven track record of managing regional accounts, delivering AOP targets, and driving brand growth in the AFH space.
