Sr Manager- Continues innovation

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive transformation agendas across multiple projects to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
• Build Lean Six Sigma capabilities by conducting training, mentoring, and certifying Lean, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt projects.
• Identify and lead high-impact Black Belt projects focusing on CTQs such as Quality, Productivity, etc.
• Support transitions from Quality to implementing Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) to measure process performance.
• Implement internal Quality Control Management frameworks, including auditing, RCA, and CAPA implementation to meet SLA targets.
• Conduct process operational risk assessments (e.g., FMEA) and propose necessary controls.
• Apply visual management techniques to monitor operations on the floor.
• Identify improvement opportunities via end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops.
• Lead change management initiatives independently.
• Utilize knowledge of RPA/automation solutions to implement end-to-end process improvements.
• Conduct client-facing presentations and maintain strong engagement with stakeholders.
