Sr. Manager – BIW Maintenance

•Plan and execute daily BIW maintenance activities including preventive maintenance (PM) and repair schedules to achieve shop targets

•Coordinate spare parts and tool procurement planning using SAP modules for PM and Materials Management

•Oversee maintenance of BIW shop equipment such as robotic and manual weld guns, robots, PLC/Servo systems, conveyors, lifts, and welding tools

•Perform daily breakdown analysis with ICA and PCA and implement improvement actions

•Allocate work to team members based on skill sets and ensure effective execution

•Track and improve MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) metrics

•Ensure safety standards are maintained in weld shop operations and maintenance activities

•Prepare maintenance reports and documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
