Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise daily business operations
  • Monitor business activity to ensure appropriate staffing, resource utilization, and service levels
  • Analyze operational information and develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Hire, train, mentor, and motivate employees to deliver excellent customer service
  • Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Ensure team alignment with company values, policies, and objectives

Customer & Employee Relations:

  • Resolve customer and employee conflicts and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and employee engagement

Business Strategy & Growth:

  • Establish and work toward business and profitability objectives
  • Maintain visual and operational excellence, including store presentation, cleanliness, and branding
  • Generate and present reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to senior leadership

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure all team members comply with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain documentation and business processes that support internal controls and audits

General Leadership:

  • Take initiative on tasks and responsibilities critical to the health and success of the business
  • Act as a key decision-maker in day-to-day and long-term strategic planning
