Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on project and business objectives.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Prepare, manage, and track departmental budgets.
  • Optimize resource planning to balance costs and operational needs effectively.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks (operational, compliance, or strategic) and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior leadership.
