Roles & Responsibilities:

Offer Preparation and Submission:

• Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality techno-commercial offers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, legal, and sales) to collect all necessary data and inputs for tender proposals.
• Develop and maintain standard templates, checklists, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in tender submissions.

Market Opportunity Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to identify suitable opportunities aligned with company strategy.
• Evaluate new business opportunities by conducting feasibility and risk assessments.
• Provide clear recommendations to senior management on tender participation.
• Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements throughout the tendering process.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all enquiries, bids, and project submissions.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales pipeline, bid submissions, win/loss analysis, and tender status for management review.
• Track and update the success rate of submitted tenders and document lessons learned.
