Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Application Ownership & Management
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications across HRMS, Finance, Admin, Sales, Operations, and Legal domains.
- Ensure performance, availability, and scalability of platforms such as Darwinbox and SAP Treasury.
- Oversee integration and support of COTS, bespoke, and cloud-native applications.
- Evaluate, implement, and scale new application solutions in alignment with business goals.
- Leverage AI and Agentic AI use cases to enhance business productivity.
Cloud & Platform Management
- Manage applications hosted on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Ensure optimal configuration, security, and performance of cloud-hosted solutions.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaar authorities for application compliance.
- Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance for all supported platforms.
- Address and mitigate vulnerabilities flagged in VA/PT assessments by the Info-Security team.
- Support audit readiness and respond to internal and external IT audits.
Project & Change Management
- Lead application upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects, including IFRS program support.
- Manage change requests and ensure alignment with IT governance processes.
Incident & Problem Management
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of application issues.
- Adhere to ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage contracts, SLAs, and relationships with external vendors and solution providers.
- Monitor licensing costs and manage budgets effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT to gather business requirements.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated SOPs, application documentation, and compliance records.
- Present periodic reports on application health, risks, and roadmaps to leadership.
