Sr Lead Business Analyst

‑Understand the analysis framework, define data requirements, run analysis, and report/discuss results clearly with stakeholders.

‑Manage and mentor a team of 4‑5 analysts, guiding them on project deliverables and performance.

‑Conduct quality control checks on data from initial delivery through to final analysis results to ensure report accuracy.

‑Apply data mining techniques to detect consumer behavioral patterns and derive actionable insights.

‑Ensure all client deliverables meet expectations in terms of scope, speed, and quality.
