Sr. ITPM – App Dev

Mandatory Requirements:

• 12 to 20 years of experience in program and portfolio management
• Strong background in application development with 4–5 years of hands-on experience
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects including:
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Change management and BAU (Business-As-Usual) projects
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale programs with budgets exceeding €15 million
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
• PMP or PRINCE2 certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong academic background with no unexplained gaps in education or work experience

Good to Have:

• MBA from a recognized institution
• Experience in managing projects related to Supply Chain or Finance domains
• Exposure to global delivery models and multicultural stakeholder environments
