Key Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Conduct full lifecycle technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various IT positions.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and develop a deep understanding of their IT staffing needs and technical requirements, particularly for SAP roles.
  • Candidate Identification: Proactively identify qualified candidates for a diverse range of IT positions, such as SAP consultants, developers, and analysts.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Efficiently screen resumes and conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and plans.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • ATS Management: Manage and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records and track progress.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress and market insights.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 2-10 years of experience as an IT recruiter, with a significant focus on SAP requirements.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring IT professionals, specifically within the SAP ecosystem.
  • IT Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of various IT technologies and roles.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective candidate and stakeholder interaction.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
