Sr IT Recruiter (Female Only)

• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), references, and networking

• Screen and coordinate interviews with candidates during weekdays and weekends drives

• Support permanent hiring and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment processes

• Assist TL (Team Lead) in mentoring and managing recruitment pipelines

• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experience

• Adhere to recruitment KPIs and maintain records of candidates

• Immediate joiners preferred, with flexibility for women with career gaps or small kids
