Sr IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates for IT roles, including niche skills such as SAP, Front End, Back End, Java, and more

• Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and personal/professional networks for candidate sourcing

• Coordinate recruitment drives during weekdays and weekends

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent hiring and contract-to-hire (C2H) positions

• Conduct interviews and assessments as part of the candidate selection process

• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow

• Meet recruitment targets and adhere to organizational hiring policies
