Job Description
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP data migration, with a focus on SAP and NetSuite/Oracle projects.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data migration projects, including legacy-to-cloud ERP migrations.
- Proven expertise in developing and managing ETL processes for complex data transformation and migration tasks.
- In-depth understanding of SAP Master and Transactional data structures.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, including SSIS for ETL workflows and advanced SQL for data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of ERP database structures, schemas, and integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with data migration tools such as NetSuite data flows, Boomi, or other ETL platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve migration challenges.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SAP Query, NetSuite SuiteScript, Python, PowerShell) to support migration tasks (preferred).
- Desired Skills and Competencies: Ability to manage complex data migration tasks in a large-scale SAP ERP environment.
- SAP certifications (preferably SAP Business One) or NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.
