Sr Implementation Consultants (Manufacturing Division)

We are seeking a highly experienced and independent Senior Implementation Consultant to join our client's Manufacturing Division through Acme Services. This pivotal role requires a minimum of 7-8 years of experience, with mandatory Garment/Textile/Apparel/Retail/Fashion domain knowledge and prior experience in team handling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, a foundational understanding of databases and applications, and a proven track record in client-facing roles. You'll be instrumental in leading implementations, conducting end-user training, and translating complex business requirements into functional documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Domain Expertise & Consulting: Leverage extensive Garment Manufacturing Domain Knowledge (or Textile/Apparel/Retail/Fashion) to provide expert consultancy during implementation projects.
• Team Leadership: Utilize experience in Team Handling of a good size, guiding and mentoring project teams to successful delivery.
• Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact in a Customer Facing Role for at least 7-8 years, building strong client relationships and managing expectations.
• End-User Training: Able to give End User Training effectively, ensuring client teams are proficient in using implemented solutions.
• Business Requirement Analysis: Possess the ability to understand Client Business Requirements and Prepare Functional Documents from them, ensuring clear translation of needs into solutions.
• Technical Understanding: Apply Basic Knowledge of Database and Application functionalities to facilitate effective system implementation and troubleshooting.
• Project Management: Function independently with minimum direction, demonstrating the ability to Manage Timelines and Escalations efficiently to ensure project success.
• Travel: Be prepared for Travelling Pan India as required for client engagements and project implementations.

Skills

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in implementation roles.
• Strong Garment/Textile/Apparel/Retail/Fashion Domain Knowledge is a must.
• Experience in Team Handling of a good size.
• Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English Both.
• Basic Knowledge of Database and Application.
• Proficiency in providing End User Training.
• Demonstrated experience in Client Facing Management Level roles.
• Ability to Function Independently with Minimum Direction.
• Capability to Manage Time Lines and Escalations.
• Strong analytical skills to Under Stand Client Business Requirement and Prepare Functional Document.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of successful software/system implementations within the manufacturing (garment/textile/apparel/retail/fashion) sector.
