Sr. General manager

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior General Manager to lead critical operational aspects for our client through Acme Services. This pivotal role demands a leader with expertise in FEMA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) & RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) implementation, ensuring adherence to equipment standards and procedures, and overseeing processes for testing & modification. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in condition monitoring, troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis (RCA), managing project involvement, and optimizing spares & repairs management to ensure peak operational efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Reliability & Maintenance Strategy: Lead the FEMA & RCM implementation to enhance equipment reliability and minimize operational risks.
• Standards & Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce equipment standards & procedures to ensure consistent quality and operational excellence.
• Operational Improvement: Oversee all testing & modification initiatives, driving continuous improvement in equipment performance.
• Proactive Monitoring: Establish and manage robust condition & monitoring programs for critical assets, enabling predictive maintenance.
• Problem Resolution: Lead troubleshooting & RCA (Root Cause Analysis) efforts to swiftly address operational issues and prevent recurrence.
• Project Oversight: Provide leadership and expertise in project involvement across various operational initiatives.
• Resource Optimization: Manage spares & repairs management efficiently, optimizing inventory and repair workflows to reduce downtime and costs.
