Technical Closure:
Review and study architectural, tender,
Convert these into proposal drawings in collaboration with consultants and architects.
Obtain preliminary structural calculations for the proposed designs.
Submit and get approval for preliminary calculations and proposal drawings.
Coordinate the creation of die drawings based on new developments.
Distribute approved technical documents (drawings, calculations) to internal teams (Sales, Production, PM, Estimation).
Manage design changes throughout the project, coordinating with fabricators and consultants.
