Sr. Executive- Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct industry mapping to identify potential talent pools
• Handle volume hiring and bulk recruitment initiatives
• Source and screen profiles using job portals, referrals, headhunting, competitor mapping, and existing databases
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Utilize recruitment portals such as Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Conduct interviews, shortlisting, and selection of candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of positions
• Maintain candidate and recruitment data in compliance with organizational policies
