Sr. Executive Supply Chain

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and maintaining inventory norms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a purchase plan based on S&OP and minimum inventory norms by coordinating with planning and packing departments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for order and delivery status.
• Supervise the receipt and control of daily purchase and production receipts of materials.
• Ensure timely and adequate movement of materials within the unit to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate accounts of recycled bottles and packing materials within the unit.
• Ensure scrap sales at the best rates on a timely basis.
• Perform necessary verifications such as finished goods stock position, spirits entry, and daily physical stock verification as per Excise records.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory documents, including CL-3 Statements and Bottling Fee Challans.
• Supervise the loading of Finished Goods Stores and maintain stock of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO for all raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Implement stock control measures and maintain accurate inventories.
• Plan future capacity requirements.
• Ensure adherence to all standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.
• Manage logistics processes and procedures, assigning responsibilities for procurement, storing, packing, and dispatch.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of order handling, procurement, warehousing, dispatch, and excise functions.
• Monitor and govern the Vendor Management process.
• Prepare contingency plans for demand fluctuations.
• Assist the unit head by preparing daily and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain MIS reports on dispatch, inventory, and excise-related matters.
• Engage with sales to understand gaps and plan corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to training and corrective action plans.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in the supply chain field.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP, Newgen, TMS, Delta, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
