Job Description
- Implement a comprehensive Industry 4.0 strategy aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
- Design and architect Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions, including sensor integration, data acquisition, and real-time analytics.
- Implement and manage Industrial Automation systems using Inductive Automation Ignition, including SCADA, MES, and HMI development.
- Integrate and orchestrate various Industry 4.0 technologies, including cloud platforms, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for secure and reliable data collection, storage, and analysis.
- Design and implement data models for efficient storage and retrieval of industrial data.
- Utilize Azure cloud services for data storage, processing, and analysis in an Industry 4.0 context.
- Perform data analysis and extract insights to drive operational improvements and decision-making.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and operations, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Identify and evaluate emerging Industry 4.0 technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices in Industry 4.0 and IIoT.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to stakeholders.
Educational Qualification requirement:
- Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, IC Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, process control, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing SCADA, MES, IIoT solution for Global Enterprise.
- In-depth knowledge of Inductive Automation Ignition and its capabilities.
- Strong understanding of IIoT principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Programming Language: Python, SQL.
- Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence in an industrial setting.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including design and optimization.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services for data storage, processing, and analysis.
- Experience with PLC programming languages and platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
