Job Description
- Managing outstanding balances contact customers before they become overdue.
- Sending Out periodic monthly statements of accounts to customers
- Reconciliation of internal and external top line and bottom line with controller on monthly basis
- Proactive involvement in credit simulation on new contracts and controlling new agreed credit limits.
- Reviewing debts which have been provisioned follow up with customers
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data dashboards and reporting
- Debt monitoring and forecasting
- Perform analysis and devise a strategy for fund Collection
