Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate project-wise cost records and ensure timely posting of cost adjustment entries in SAP/ERP systems.
• Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the planning and project management teams.
• Track actual costs against budgets and perform variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Review and validate cost elements such as materials, labour, subcontractor charges, and overheads.
• Assist in preparing periodic cost reports and dashboards for management review.
• Coordinate with procurement and project execution teams to verify cost commitments, GRNs, and accruals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and promptly flag deviations from approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and established standard costing practices.
• Support internal and external project audits with appropriate cost documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance team on project profitability analysis and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.
