Job Description
Service Coordination and Support
• Coordinate service calls and schedules between service engineers and customers to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle spare parts inquiries, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Support service and sales teams with backend operations to streamline processes.
Data Management and Reporting
• Maintain service records, spare parts sales data, and customer documentation accurately.
• Prepare MIS reports, service reports, and trackers for management review.
• Analyze data to support operational decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
Communication and Operations
• Ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams regarding service requests and order updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records to facilitate smooth workflow and reporting.
