Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Engineer to implement and drive growth of Everest Blowers Pvt Ltd in North India. The candidate will be responsible for handling Project Sales and Distribution Sales (through Channel partners) and Direct Sales of Standard Product Division business in this territory. This role will be responsible for increasing the Everest business in this territory by growing the customer base and build positive relationships with existing clients. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handling Business of Project type customers and Key Accounts
  • Implement and execute management strategies to achieve short-, medium- and longer-term budgeted goals in business, profitability, etc.
  • Manage and develop Equipment (Whole Goods) sales.
  • Manage the commercial position of the Company in its market with the help of upline and management for a targeted development of market share growth and margin improvement.
  • Manage pricing and negotiate prices for new business within set parameters to achieve budgets and Company plans.
  • Assist in the development of the annual sales target.
  • Responsible for administration activities such as quotation logs and CRM system.

Basic Qualifications

  • Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or experience in Frontline sales role are preferred
  • Must have good Written & Verbal Communication esp. in English.
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Other local languages will be an added advantage.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Base location - Delhi.

Key Competencies

Absolute KEY skills needed for role

  • Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience of handling Project & EPC type of customers
  • Technical Sales experience in equipment industry.
  • Good negotiating and influencing capabilities at senior level are essential
  • Proficient in MS Office.
