Sr. Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional project teams.
• Lead design discussions, technical reviews, and complex problem-solving sessions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and engineering best practices.

Innovation and Development:

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to R&D, product enhancement, and process optimization initiatives.
• Recommend and implement engineering improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Ensure clear communication of technical requirements, project goals, and expectations across teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and project planning meetings.

Project Execution and Support:

• Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, performance, and compliance standards.
• Assist in defining project scopes, technical specifications, and schedules.
• Support product development lifecycle from conceptual design to production handover.
