Sr. Engineer

Design and Planning

• Develop civil and structural designs for solar power plants, including foundations, cable trenches, internal roads, and drainage systems.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with design consultants and internal teams for design reviews and approvals.

Site Management

• Conduct site inspections, soil testing, and topographical surveys to evaluate feasibility.
• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and construction challenges effectively and in real time.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors for timely procurement and execution.
• Track progress of civil works to ensure alignment with the project schedule and budget.
• Perform quality control checks and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure workmanship meets required standards.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental norms, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update accurate records, including daily reports, technical drawings, and test certificates.
• Assist in obtaining statutory permits and clearances from relevant authorities.

Safety and Quality Control

• Enforce safety practices and protocols at construction sites.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and safety compliance throughout the civil execution phase.
