Job Description

Report Development :

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Workday to provide valuable workforce data.

Integration Development :

• Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base, including Studio, EIB, and third-party coding

Collaboration :

• Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions

Technical Solutions :

• Develop technical solutions that support business processes and ensure seamless integration

Project Management :

• Lead and execute Workday implementations, including global deployments

Minimum Qualifications Education :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

Experience :

• Proven experience with Workday reporting tools and integration development

Skills :

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications Advanced Knowledge :

• Expertise in Workday HCM and reporting modules

HR Systems :

• Familiarity with HR systems and global data protection laws
• Technical Proficiency : Experience with web services, XML Schema, and XPATH
