Sr. D&T Process Automation Engineer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develops Custom Applications utilizing ServiceNow App-Engine (Web UI, Workflows, CRUD Apps)
• Integrates ServiceNow with enterprise tools such as SAP, GCP, SQL
• Creates Custom Inbound & Outbound APIs
• Manages project documents & delivery processes. Also, responsible for the standards & processes of Talent Acceleration Center
• Main point of contact for the team to address complex issues and prevent business interruptions.
• Oversee the complete delivery of global automation solutions while coordinating with stakeholders across various technologies and business functions.
• Manage automation platforms, infrastructure, security, and modernization efforts.
• Leads the recruitment and training initiatives for the automation team. Provides coaching and reviews the work of colleagues.
• Serves as the point of contact for external vendors and platform partners.
• Dedicates time to researching the latest automation technology stack and influences technology and business stakeholders to adopt relevant automation solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor s degree with 8+ years of experience and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Expert in ServiceNow App-Engine Low Code/No Code Workflow experience.
• Client Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, and UI policies.
• Flow Designer, Actions and Sub-actions.
• ServiceNow Portal, Widgets, HTML, and CSS.
• JavaScript, JSON, XML, and REST APIs.
• Integration of ServiceNow with external systems like ERP, GCP, SAAS, and custom applications.
• System architecture, data, version control and security.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Understanding of: -

• Other ServiceNow modules like CSM, ITSM, SAM, or CMDB.
• Dot Net/Python, Web Technologies, Database, Web APIs.
• Automation Anywhere A360 RPA.
• Win-shuttle for SAP.
• OCR, Chat bot or similar AI/ML technologies.
• Cloud technologies like GCP/Azure/AWS.
