Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Apply knowledge of planning and logistics processes to design, build, optimize and support solutions in the areas of SAP workflow, SAP LE and SAP PP, external vendor management, EDI.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders and external service providers on a wide range of topics that require technical expertise, including business requirements analysis, issue troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, business process optimization, integration topics, cross-functional projects, end-user training, translating requirements into technical solutions, and providing cost-benefit analysis and estimates.
- Develop close partnership with business users to truly understand needs, connect with other team members to facilitate technical conversations to ensure end to end solution optimization.
- Help to manage the Blue Buffalo DT team s catalog of test scripts and lead end user testing efforts for major projects.
- Prepare training materials and proactively facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption of new and existing solutions.
- Carry out assigned activities during system releases, system upgrades and the application of SAP Hot Packs and system fixes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on SAP experience strongly preferred PP, LE
- Transportation Management experience
- Warehouse Management experience
- SAP SD (Sales Distribution)
- BI/Data integration experience
- Supply Planning and/or Deployment Planning experience and Agile experience
- Prior CPG experience preferred.
- Plant operations experience is a value add
- Skill proficiency expectations

- ABAP experience
- Configuration experience in multiple modules (PP, PM, WM, LE or QM)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in other technologies such as Track and Trace, Yard Management
- Data flow expertise
- Configuration experience in multiple modules (WM, or QM).
- Deep understanding of overall SAP software architecture and integration.
