Sr. D&T Analyst - Supply Chain

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for ensuring quality data availability for current and future OMP design solution implementations related to planning processes
• Lead and document critical Planning Data Process maps and support dynamic business scenarios within OMP
• Escalate data quality issues to the Data Workstream Lead and Regional leads
• Support Global Capability and Regional Planning Transformation initiatives, contributing to long-term strategy and integration methods for effective OMP use
• Ensure business referential integrity from source to target systems within OMP is successfully achieved
• Collaborate with cross-functional Workstreams (Process, L&D, Change, D&T) to ensure Planning Data is high-quality and fit for use
• Assist in the creation of Critical Data Governance Monitoring/Dashboards to boost confidence in data quality and readiness
• Maintain test scripts, facilitate user testing, and support training initiatives to encourage solution adoption
• Apply strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with a proactive and structured approach to building business partnerships

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Full-time graduation from an accredited university (mandatory)
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience in planning processes
• Expertise in SAP, APO with strong understanding of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and/or Inventory Planning
• Experience in data integration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in the CPG industry
• Configuration experience in multiple SAP and OMP modules
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture and integration methods
• SAP SD certification preferred
• SAP HANA knowledge preferred
• Experience with SAP EDI and other integration technologies
