Sr. D&T Analyst - Supply Chain

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collaborate with a global cross-functional team to implement Supply Planning capabilities aligned with a standard Planning Pillar.
• Identify functional gaps between the global template and in-market business processes; propose and implement solutions.
• Configure OMP based on in-market business requirements for planning processes.
• Collaborate with OMP developers to create specifications and perform IS unit testing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for OMP application and system configuration.
• Partner with the master data team to support master data needs during the project.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members for ongoing support.
• Develop, test, and implement new OMP functional modules or enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer consulting support to resolve business problems.
• Meet various SLAs, support requests, and ITSM-defined deliverables.
• Proactively generate and implement ideas to enhance operational and strategic sustainability of the ecosystem.
• Support OMP upgrades, integrations, data extracts, reporting jobs, and technical support across multiple business units.
• Plan and execute test scripts for new developments and enhancements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory – this cannot be altered).
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience.

SPECIFIC JOB EXPERIENCE OR SKILLS NEEDED

• Sound understanding of Supply Planning concepts.
• Experience in implementing/supporting OMP in one or more areas: Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, Finite Scheduling.
• Experience in supply planning and/or finite scheduling implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the OMP tool in any of the above areas.
• Understanding of integration points with SAP systems.
• Experience in working with multi-cultural teams and across geographies.
