Sr. D&T Analyst - Supply Chain

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Partner with key business contacts to understand business issues, identify opportunities, and take initiative to implement improvements
• Lead business continuance and small enhancements to drive growth
• Work with SAP core modules — Production Planning (mandatory), and optionally Material Management, Quality Management, and Warehouse Management
• Support day-to-day operations and technical upgrades
• Ensure adherence to OLA and SLA timelines
• Drive systemic improvements through root cause analysis and end-to-end system understanding
• Facilitate and support operational initiatives
• Analyze user requirements and execute approved development projects using project management principles
• Manage relationships with business teams and external vendors to meet project goals
• Engage cross-functional teams for effective solution implementation
• Identify and prioritize opportunities aligned with business needs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Full-time graduation from an accredited university (mandatory)
• 9+ years of SAP ECC experience with at least 5+ years in configuration
• 1–2 full life-cycle SAP implementation projects
• Knowledge of S4HANA implementation is a plus
• Expertise in SAP Production Planning with integration to Material Management
• Good understanding of SAP MES and MRP integration
• Strong communication skills for all organizational levels
• Analytical and process skills to support project execution
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver outstanding customer service
