Sr. Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Workday Reporting & Analytics solutions to meet client requirements
• Oversee implementation of Workday HCM modules ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
• Provide expert guidance on Workday Reporting & Analytics best practices to optimize performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday configurations and customizations
• Conduct end-user training sessions to enhance understanding and utilization of Workday features
• Monitor and troubleshoot Workday system issues, providing timely resolutions
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve Workday functionality and user experience
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Workday implementations
• Support finance and accounting teams by providing insights through Workday analytics
• Engage with stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable Workday solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Workday systems
