Location: BKC, Mumbai (On-site)
Shift: US Night Shift | Monday to Friday | Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
CTC: ₹6 – ₹8.5 LPA + Uncapped Performance Incentives

This opportunity is designed for senior US / International Collections professionals who want to transition into a US B2B Inside Sales role involving outbound calling, consultative pitching, structured follow-ups, and revenue ownership.

Role Overview
As a Sr. Collections Specialist – US Process (B2B Voice), you will leverage your experience handling US clients, objections, negotiations, and revenue pressure to identify, qualify, and convert US B2B sales opportunities.
You will directly engage with:
- US Business Owners
- Directors
- VPs
- CXOs
Your responsibility will include understanding business needs, pitching value propositions, qualifying opportunities, and supporting conversions through structured follow-ups.
This is a consultative US Inside Sales role — not consumer calling, customer support, or transactional collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US business decision-makers (approx. 250–300 calls/day)
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business needs
- Pitch value propositions and qualify high-quality sales opportunities
- Drive meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Share solution decks/proposals and respond to product/service queries
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene (call notes, pipeline tracking, forecasting)
- Achieve weekly & monthly KPIs related to meetings, conversions, and revenue
MUST-HAVE Candidate Profile (Non-Negotiable)
- 3–6 years of experience in US / International Collections (Night Shift mandatory)
- Experience handling B2B or high-value international accounts
- Excellent spoken English (Neutral or American accent preferred)
- Strong confidence speaking with US senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work under revenue-linked targets
- Strong objection handling, negotiation & structured follow-up discipline
- Willingness to work Mon–Fri US Night Shift from BKC (On-site)

Preferred Background (Advantage, Not Mandatory)
- International Collections with settlement/retention exposure
- US B2B Inside Sales / Appointment Setting experience
- SaaS / Tech / Consulting voice process exposure
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Note: Final selection will be based on communication quality, calling intensity, and sales aptitude — not only past job titles.
