Sr. Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand user journeys to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for product and customer success teams.
• Develop hypotheses, design and run A/B experiments, and identify high-confidence areas of opportunity.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to track customer and product behavior.
• Solve data-related problems and provide insights into customer and product dynamics.
• Build, democratize, and monitor performance metrics regularly to support faster decision-making across teams.
• Present findings effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Define a clear data vision aligned with business goals and collaborate with functional leaders to bridge data gaps.
• Own the forward-looking data roadmap related to product and customer initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and ensure access across the organization.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and support seamless execution of product strategies.
• Contribute to building data models and algorithms for both demand and supply-side optimization.

Qualification Criteria

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• 3+ years in analytics, preferably in customer or product analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a metrics-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all organizational levels.
• Deep customer empathy and a strong sense of product design and usability
