Sr Associate /TL - US Taxation

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review 1065, 1120, and individual tax returns
• Review real estate transactions including 1031 exchanges
• Interpret partnership agreements and related allocations
• Train team members and prepare process documentation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in US tax with focus on RREs
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and compliance
• Proficient in Lacerte and Microsoft Office
• CPA/ACCA/CA (desirable but not mandatory)
