Sr. Associate II, ERP Business Analysis

IT Systems Software Analysis & Programming focuses on programming & configuration of IT Systems Software (i.e. software for use in operating/controlling hardware and providing a platform for running internal end user/business applications). The work includes:

• Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System
• Developing programming specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts
• Writing code in lower-level programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organization's IT platform/infrastructure
• Configuring, customizing, diagnosing, and enhancing vendor systems software (e.g., operating systems software and utilities that manage access to peripherals, facilitate networking, manage memory allocation, manage file storage on hard drives, etc.)
• Writing diagnostic programs to test integrated software/hardware systems and resolve system faults
• Creating functional and technical documentation of systems software programs and code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP SD module
• Experienced in all SD aspects, including defining & assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data, Pre-Sales, Sales Order processing
• Sales Documents: Sales Document Header, Sales Document Item, Sales Documents, Schedule Line, Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements
• Pricing: Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, and Condition record
• Order Management: Creation of Sales documents - Inquiry, Quotation, Sales order (standard order, rush order, cash sales, service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing
• Credit memo, Debit memo; Configuration and implementation of SAP LE process, covering the complete range of functionalities like master data uploads
• Interfaces: Should have hands on in interface in different system like SAP to SAP and SAP to Non-SAP
• IDOC: Should have good work experience in handling IDOC issues
• Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and solutions
• Proficiency with ASAP (Accelerated SAP) Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Key Requirements or Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-5 Years of SAP SD experience resulting in Strong understanding of SAP SD module functionalities, including but not limited to sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management
• Flexibility in accommodating to work according to project deadlines and client needs
• Strong communication/inter-personal skills for collaborative interaction with business users & cross-functional/technical team members
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables according to the time lines
• Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
