Android Development Experience

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Android development
• Worked on two or more Android apps

Debugging and Tools

• Proficient in debugging memory leaks and performance bottlenecks
• Experienced with tools like ADB, Proguard, etc.

Programming Expertise

• Strong in object-oriented programming and multi-threading
• Proficient with Kotlin, Android SDK, and related ecosystem

UI/UX Knowledge

• Familiar with Material Design guidelines and mobile UX patterns
• Understands mobile anti-patterns

Libraries and Frameworks

• Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, Glide, Picasso, RxJava, Gson, Arch-components, etc.

Programming Paradigms

• Knowledge of Functional and Reactive programming approaches

API Integration

• Familiarity with REST APIs and principles of RESTful services

Version Control and CI

• Proficient with Git and Continuous Integration tools

Advanced Android Concepts

• Understanding of Custom Views, Jetpack Compose, Accessibility Services, background processing APIs

Architecture Patterns

• Experienced with architectural patterns, especially MVVM
• Knowledge of testability in app architecture

Team Leadership

• Played a Lead or Architect role
• Strong communication skills
