Sr Analyst II Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• API Design & Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Database Management: Work with MongoDB, MSSQL, and other NoSQL/SQL databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and indexing strategies.
• Performance & Security: Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are implemented.
• API Testing: Use Postman for API testing and debugging.
• DevOps & Cloud Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps teams.
• Code Management: Utilize GIT for version control.
• Tools & Services: Proficient in using IDEs like Eclipse. Familiarity with AWS Services like S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, and ECS.
• Frontend Technologies (as needed): Work with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript in an integration context.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Familiarity with performance engineering, application monitoring, and optimization.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Strong skills in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with MongoDB and MSSQL (including schema design, performance tuning, indexing strategies).
• Ability to optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
• Proficiency in using Postman for API testing and debugging.
• Familiarity with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficient in using IDEs like Eclipse.
• Proficiency in GIT for version control.
• Familiarity with performance engineering, application monitoring, and optimization.

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, and ECS.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
