Develop, lead, and enforce best practices and solutions for applications utilizing CI/CD and the Public Cloud
Drive a DevOps mindset within the organization
Analyze and enhance existing CI solutions to enable the automation of configuration management of all development, quality assurance, and production servers.
Collaborate with multiple teams across Deltek working on modernizing software and service delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment
Partner with key associates (e.g. Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Infrastructure Engineers, and Solution Delivery Managers) for end-to-end solution delivery in adherence to industry best practices.
Ensure all designs leverage common architectures and services that can meet key design criteria (Availability, Recoverability, Scalability, Performance characteristics) and can be properly supported by Deltek support and operations teams
Partner with Senior Leaders across Cloud and Engineering to refine CI/CD and DevOps strategy and technical roadmap by working with senior technical leaders within the DevOps organization.
Work closely with the security team and defined processes and procedures to ensure adherence to the highest standards
