SQA Engineer
Job Description
• Perform manual testing including system, unit, acceptance, regression, load, functional, and performance testing.
• Prepare and execute test cases; analyze test requirements and document results.
• Conduct Smoke & Sanity testing, security testing, and other quality assurance processes.
• Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
• Record issues in accordance with project problem and issue management plans.
• Work with application teams and clients to resolve issues during testing.
• Assist with automation testing if applicable; knowledge of automation frameworks is a plus.
• Collaborate effectively within teams and manage individual tasks independently.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, providing updates and clarifying issues.
