Sports Management Consultant

• The proposed team Member should be a post-Graduate in management/ Finance/ Economics/or Equivalent. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge of government finance guidelines and procurement. 
• Experience in working with procurement for Central/ State Departments.

Scope of Work :  

• Create a vision document for Maharashtra: Develop a Strategic Vision and Sports Policy Document in line with the national and global best practices. 
• Institutional restructuring, HR management for Sports development.: Assisting the Department in Institutional strengthening and Human resource management for Sports development 
• Infrastructure Management: Assisting the Department in Infrastructure Development and Management 
• Collaboration with National & International Partners: Facilitate dialogues with national/international partners that would help State of Maharashtra in Sports Development. 
• Leveraging IT interventions for Automation: Facilitate technology interventions for improving talent identification process and mapping of sports infrastructure in the state along with other initiatives. 
• Marketing & Sports Events: Overall project management and planning for all events, including coordination with NSF's and Central Government wherever required 
• Procurement and handholding support 
• Sports advisory, sports management consulting, Government advisory, infrastructure advisory, IT advisory.
