SPE/SME

• Manage end-to-end process for renewals, including premium audits, claims processing, and underwriting

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to policy renewals and endorsements

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records in the system

• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving their concerns

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks performed
